Cherry Turnover Popcorn

10-12 cups popped corn

1/2 cups butter

1/2 cup sugar

1/4 cup flour

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 cup powdered sugar

1 cup chopped sour cherries

Pop corn in the manner you prefer.

Place popped corn in a large bowl.

In a saucepan, melt the butter, add in the sugar, flour, salt, and vanilla. Mix well and pour over the popcorn. Stir to coat. Sprinkle the powdered sugar over and stir to combine. Add in the cherry candies.
